CQA IS GROWING AND WE ARE HIRING!

 

CQA is building a school and community where scholars learn the tools they need to completely change the trajectory of their lives and achieve long-term success.

Central Queens Academy Charter Schools will complete the expansion of CQA I K-8 school when we add grade 4 for the 2024-2025 school year. That same school year we will open CQA II, a new K-8 school beginning with grades K and 1. We’ll grow by one grade per year until CQA II is a full-scale K-8.

As we double the number of scholars we serve, we will also double the number of staff on our team! Over the next few years we will add dozens of new passionate and committed educational leaders, teachers and staff to our CQA family as we enter this exciting new phase for our school community.

Central Queens Academy is a growing charter school serving the multiethnic, multilingual, immigrant community in and around Elmhurst, Queens. Our diverse student body hails from all over the world and speaks dozens of different languages. We need passionate educators who are dedicated to creating an equitable learning environment where all students are challenged and engaged.
